Before purchasing, please make sure that your compressor is the genuine Denso 7SBH17C, or 7SAS17C factory installed Compressor. (OEM).
If your compressor has been replaced with an after-market unit, the item listed will NOT fit.

Fixed hot A/C issue
Installed on a 2014 3.6L. Part was shipped the morning after order was placed, and arrived a day earlier than anticipated. The hardest part of the project was getting the old pulley off. Highly recommend having a pulley puller on hand, I borrowed one from my local auto parts store. Only issue I had was the new snap ring that came with for holding the coil on, would twist when I opened it far enough to get over the compressor shaft. I was able to re-use the snap ring I took off, so it wasn't too big of a deal. The directions that came with the new part were easy to understand and walk you through the process step by step, both for removing the old clutch/pulley/coil, and installing the new parts. With the new couch, A/C is blowing ice cold air again, and for less than half the price of a new compressor.

Excellent fit
2017 ram 1500 5.7. completed from under vehicle. Remove lower radiator shroud for better access. Follow instructions provided. Used air ratchet to remove bolt. factory snap rings have use med pins. replacements use large pins.first time 2 hours. next time 45 min or less.
